Cruise Destination Bracket Giveaway Official Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. The Cruise Destination Bracket Giveaway (hereafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is sponsored by Leisure Rewards (“we” “we”, “us”, “our”) with an address at 30 N. Gould St. #38124, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
Eligibility: The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the Unites States, excluding Rhode Island, who are members of RCI are 18 years or older. Employees of RCI, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In addition, this Campaign is void in any jurisdiction where the giveaway is deemed an illegal lottery.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, the participant (“You” and “Your”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Cruise Destination Bracket Giveaway Official Rules (“Official Rules”), and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the RCI as final and binding as it relates to the content and results of this Campaign.
Campaign Period: Entries will only be accepted online via the Cruise Destination Bracket Giveaway Entry Form (“Entry Form”) starting March 5, 2026 and ending on April 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Campaign Period”). The voting periods (“Voting Periods”) are as follows: March 5-11, March 12-18, March 19-25, March 26-April 1.
How to Enter: Entry to the Campaign requires completing the Entry Form online to submit Your vote. You may only complete the Entry Form once per weekly Voting Period, for a total of 4 votes across the Campaign Period. The Entry Form must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified in these Official Rules, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of RCI. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules, your entry(ies) may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of RCI.
Prize: The winner will receive a certificate that can be redeemed for a select 5-night cruise (1 balcony stateroom, double occupancy) on select cruise lines and itineraries (“Cruise Certificate”); an approximate retail value of up to $1,080. Actual/estimated value may vary at the time of prize delivery and redemption. See below for the Cruise Certificate Terms, including other restrictions on redeeming the Cruise Certificate. The specific characteristics of the prize will be determined by RCI, in its sole discretion. Cash redemption or prize substitution is not permitted. Any expenses related to the prize, including, but not limited to, any federal, state, and/or local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to third parties or request by the winner to receive their prize in cash is not permitted.
Cruise Certificate Terms: The Cruise Certificate has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable and is valid on new bookings only. Cruise Certificates and their redemptions are subject to the RCI Terms and Conditions. Cruise Certificate may only be used once and will not be refunded in the case of cancellations and you will not be provided a replacement. Cruise Certificates cannot be combined with another certificate, RCI Reward Credits or other offers. Other terms and conditions may apply.
Itineraries and sailing dates are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply. Available itineraries and sailing dates are also subject to change at any time. The Cruise Certificate expires 12 months after it is issued and must be redeemed for a cruise that sails within 18 months from the Cruise Certificate issue date.
The Cruise Certificate does not cover gratuities, alcoholic beverages, baggage fees, upgrades, additional guests, travel expenses (airlines, ground transfers), onboard expenditures, taxes, fees or any other similar additional expenses.
You and any cruise guest must meet all cruise eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, to sail as described on the selected cruise line’s website. Generally, any cruise guest under 21 years of age (“Underage Guest”) must be accompanied by a guest who is 21 years or older. Please note some cruise providers require the main guest to be older than 21 years of age. Please check all requirements prior to booking. If the Underage Guest is Your child, then such Underage Guest must be accompanied at all times during the cruise by You.
All cruise guests must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including, but not limited to, a valid passport, visa, if applicable, and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by the cruise line and/or the applicable governments/ports) required for the cruise.
We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the cruise line. You are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the cruise line. You and any guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at your option and hereby acknowledge that we have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all participating brands during the Campaign Period.
Winner Selection: The entry deadline is April 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. The winner will be randomly selected from the eligible completed entries.
Winner Notification: Winner must be an RCI member in good standing to be awarded the Cruise Certificate. Winner will be contacted by April 8, 2026 via the phone number and email address submitted in the Entry Form to coordinate the prize redemption. Winner must claim the Cruise Certificate by phone by April 22, 2026, or an alternate winner will be randomly selected. RCI shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to blocked calls, missed calls, spam, other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize by April 22, 2026, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected in RCI sole discretion. Receipt by the winner of the Cruise Certificate is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT RCI’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CRUISE CERTIFICATE, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this Campaign, You understand and agree that RCI, anyone acting on behalf of RCI, and RCI’ licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for any reason, including without limitation news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent. By entering this Campaign, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of RCI. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute an infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against any such resulting claims. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RCI from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which RCI may incur, suffer, or be required to pay that arises out of Your submission to the Campaign.
. Additional RCI Rights: RCI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. RCI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Official Rules. RCI has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void Entry Forms for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules; or the use of bots, generative artificial intelligence, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or entry method, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, RCI reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless RCI and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Your participation in the Campaign, including without limitation your submission of the Entry Form, and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries; (vi) any loss, harm or injury that occurs during transportation to and from the cruise, during the cruise, and while participating in any excursions, cruise tours, or other stops at a port of call; and (v) any failures by the cruise provider related to fulfillment or operation of the cruises.
. Disputes: This Campaign is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without respect to any conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the state of Arizona having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Notice stated on the RCI website.
. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Campaign is Leisure Rewards. This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RCI.
. Participation: By participating in the contest, You, the participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to these Official Rules and the RCI Program Terms of Use.

Leisure Rewards is not a participant in the California Travel Restitution Fund. California requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Leisure Rewards maintains a Consumer Protection Bond issued by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company in the amount of $100,000.
